The Max 360 program provides a comprehensive training program for youth athletes that creates a positive culture, mindset, and environment for athletes to reach their maximum potential. Our certified trainers will create and develop programs for pre-season, in-season, and postseason, and educate athletes and coaches to ensure proper technique.
Our training continuum will help keep your training programs fresh, motivating and effective. By focusing on balance, agility, reaction time, acceleration, power, strength, and mobility, your athletes will increase overall athleticism. Not only do we focus on the physical aspect of training, but we also put emphasis on mental well-being, nutrition, hydration, recovery and rest. Max 360 uses the principle of body integration; all parts of the athlete working together for a desired outcome.
