Annette Doucette


Trainer

Annette became a certified personal trainer in April of 2015 and joined the Max Training team later that summer. She is passionate about helping anyone with a desire to reach their fitness goals. Annette has a particular interest in Adaptive and Inclusive fitness, which provides fitness to those with autism, special needs, cancer, diabetes, Parkinson’s, and obesity. Additionally, Annette places a special importance on older adults and believes that functional fitness is essential to maintaining their mobility and independence. She also trains men and women seeking to become stronger versions of themselves and assists them in their successful fitness journeys. Finally, Annette provides appropriate workouts to youth seeking general fitness.

Having gone through her own fitness journey, Annette became a personal trainer with the goal of helping others succeed in their fitness goals. She believes that with determination and a positive attitude, great things can be accomplished. One thing that people may not know about Annette is that she has Epilepsy, and understands the challenges of daily medication and seizures. Despite this, Annette is committed to helping others reach their fitness goals and believes in the power of determination.

In her free time, Annette enjoys bike rides with her family, loom knitting, and spending time/going on walks with their dog Ryder.
